Weekly Work it Out

So I officially did not have food poisoning.  How do I know?  I know because I was up most of the night holding my husband's metaphorical hair back as he puked his brains out. I have never seen someone puke so much for so long. Literally from 7 p.m. to 4:45 a.m. he was puking every 10-30 minutes. (I just said puke like 4 times in the last sentence, didn't I? Sorry).  I felt horrible and helpless and a little guilty since I clearly passed the bug along to him.

All that to say - I definitely didn't get a run in last night or this morning. But I will run when I get off of work today - even if I have to go to the gym and use the treadmill.

Today I'm starting "Weekly Work it Out". Every Monday I'll list my work out plans for the week by day and if I meet my goal I'll reward myself with a treat at the end of the week (a latte from my favorite coffee shop, a new nail polish, etc.) I'll give myself some grace, so if I miss a workout one day of the week, as long as I make it up somewhere else in that same week, that still counts.  As mentioned yesterday, I still have a Holiday Challenge in the works that I'll post later today.
