Do 2,012 reps of 2-5 different exercises to finish out 2012. I like that it's a positive spin on all the crazy eating this time of year plus it fits in perfectly with my current plans and Holiday Slimdown Challenge.
Speaking of the Holiday Slimdown Challenge, I totally forgot about it yesterday, and then thought today was Wednesday so said I'll just weigh myself on Thursday. And then I literally just realized right now that it's actually already Thursday so I'll be weighing in tomorrow, Friday.
But back to the 2012 Closeout Workout Challenge - it's not too late to join. I joined today and logged yesterday's bootcamp reps.
So as of December 6 I'm at 300 reps, but I'll try to do a few more tonight. My 5 exercises will be jumping jacks, squats, lunges, push-ups and full sit ups.
And now I'm going to be honest and admit I'm really distracted from blogging by watching The Office so I'm going to sign off.
