Body Weight Workout

Gabby Rose is still not running :(

I did another round of ultrasound this morning and I'm going to see if I can jog a bit this afternoon, but my shins are still really tender...

But, I hate reading blogs where all they do is complain about their injuries so I'm not going to do that to you guys.

Instead, here's a fun little visual of last night's bootcamp class:

This workout will take about 40 minutes, give or take, depending on how much res you need.

My class seemed to enjoy it and were cracking up during the bunny hops and skipping parts. It's also great watching the people on the treadmill staring at us through the windows wondering what the heck we're doing.

This workout would also be great to do on vacation or even in a hotel room (just skip the sprints and do the rest of the moves in place).

Speaking of vacation, man I'm ready for one. My husband and I went to Jamaica in August and that got the beach out of my system for awhile, but lately I've been dreaming (like literally) about Jamaica a lot.

I get 7 days off of work for Christmas/New Year's and I'm really looking forward to resting.

Would you ever go to a tropical place for the holidays? Or do you prefer to stay home and get the traditional Christmas feel?

I would go to Hawaii or Jamaica for Christmas in a heartbeat, but my husband wouldn't be into it and there's no way I'm paying for airfare during the most expensive time of the year :(
